Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our lovely team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beauty treatments and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering a range of beauty services to a high standard.
Additional training will be given as we are a Clarins Gold Salon, only one of 6 in Scotland.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality beauty treatments, including facials, massages, and makeup application.
Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Build rapport with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a personalised experience.
Offer professional advice on skincare products and beauty techniques to enhance client satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with effective communication skills, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to provide informed recommendations.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or in a similar role is preferred.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
Strong interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with clients.
A relevant qualification in beauty therapy is essential.
A passion for the beauty industry and a desire to continuously learn and improve skills.
