Our client, a leading City Law Firm, is looking for an interim Head of Talent / Head of Recruitment, with strong recruitment and talent acquisition experience ideally gained in a legal or professional services environment, to join their HR department on a FTC.
Taking ownership and management for senior level, experienced hires within the organisation and working closely with hiring managers, internal stakeholders and the HR team, the Head of Talent Attraction will deliver effective and inclusive recruitment solutions.
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, passionate and commercially minded individual who is keen to immerse themselves in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities as the Interim Head of Talent (Attraction and Recruitment):
* Proactively developing effective working relationships with partners and line managers across the firm
* Providing hiring managers with advice, guidance and support in order to deliver a consistent and fair approach to señor recruitment and talent acquisition
* Managing the end to end senior level recruitment process through direct and indirect sourcing methods and identifying the best strategies to attract senior individuals
* Proactively using recruitment platforms to advertise roles
* Creating innovative hiring solution which are adaptable to the ever-changing market
* Ensuring the company’s diversity and inclusion objectives are aligned with recruitment strategies
* Managing data to drive recruitment decisions and preparing reports for the SMT

What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience in a similar strategic and operational Senior Talent / Recruitment management roles, ideally gained within a legal or professional services environment
* Experienced in senior level recruitment
* Proven track record of delivering senior level recruitment solutions and projects in a complex, fast-paced environment
* Demonstrable experience managing and developing team members
* Solid track record of working with senior management / senior stakeholders
* Ability to use data successfully to assist decision making and reporting on ROI
* Excellent project management skills
* Impeccable organisational skills
* Strong communication skills and excellent relationship management skills with proven ability to gain credibility at all levels
* IT literate including MS Office
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong academics
