While Ron Brooks is a new name in Derby, our roots are firmly planted in the East Midlands, with successful sites in Leicester, Mansfield, and Ilkeston. With over 60 years of experience in the automotive industry, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and offering a range of cutting-edge vehicles to our customers.
The Opportunity:
As we embark on this exciting new venture, we are looking to build a dynamic team of Sales Executives and a Business Manager who are passionate about the automotive industry and eager to contribute to the success of our Derby showroom. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a well-established company with a reputation for excellence, while playing a key role in the launch and growth of our newest location.
Position Available:
Business Manager
Oversee all customer financial transactions and administrative procedures related to vehicle purchases, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Manage the processing of financial agreements, maintaining clear communication with our manufacturer finance institutions.
Prepare and review all required documentation, including finance and insurance contracts, ensuring compliance with dealership policies and regulations.
Deliver informative and transparent presentations to customers on available finance and insurance options, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
Support the sales team in achieving their targets by providing advice and coaching.
Ensure compliance with all regulations and maintain high standards of customer service.

Who We are Looking For:
Enthusiastic and driven individuals with a passion for sales and customer service.
Experience in the automotive industry is preferred but not essential for Sales Executives.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
For the Business Manager role, prior experience in a similar position within the automotive sector is required.
