Delivering a diverse programme of learning opportunities across Moray for all ages. Providing opportunities for communities to engage with new technologies alongside both informal and formal learning in supportive environments.
Responsibilities

* Deliver digital activity service wide across a range of outcomes linked to the Libraries Team Plan, including heath, employability and children and young people
\n
* Support the delivery of accredited learning opportunities across the Learning Centre network
\n
* Participate in the development and delivery of a service wide digital participation programme aimed at encouraging more people to go online
\n
* Assist with the provision of specialist staff training in ICT across the Libraries, Learning Centre and Heritage network
\n
* Undertake financial and administrative tasks in line with Council Policy and procedures
\n
* Participate in training and development opportunities on an ongoing basis
\n
* Ensure the general security of the building and the necessary level of health and safety
\n
The Individual
\n
1. Experience developing and delivering engaging and effective learning activities to individuals and groups
\n
2. Relevant experience of accredited learning for adults
\n
3. Tutor or educator qualification or relevant experience
\n
4. Proficient IT skills
