Requirements
Ideally you will have
Have a minimum Level 2 Qualification in Early Years / Childcare
Have at least 1 year's previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
Can inspire, energise and support others
A genuine passion to make a difference Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
