CNC turners (programmer setter operators) required for expansion at this exceptional sub contract precision engineering company – Day Shift or Night shifts roles available (nights are Mon‑Thursday 5 pm‑5 am).

Key Responsibilities
* Program, set and operate CNC lathes running Fanuc controls.
* Load programmes, set tooling and adjust offsets to achieve correct dimensions.
* Produce high‑precision turned components in a range of metals.
* Work to tight tolerances and complex geometries from detailed drawings.
* Perform first‑off and in‑process inspections, maintaining quality throughout the batch.
* Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy and right‑first‑time output.
* Work closely with production, programming and quality teams.
* Keep machines and work area clean, safe and well organised.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and cycle times.
