What you’ll be doing
No two days look the same here — and that’s exactly how we like it.
* Being a go-to problem solver for our customers via helpdesk, phone, email, and on-site visits
* Providing *1st / 2nd line support* and getting stuck into real-world IT issues
* Setting up and configuring hardware, software, and user environments
* Supporting and maintaining servers, networks, and security systems
* Working with the team on IT projects like upgrades, migrations, and new deployments
* Visiting client sites when hands-on support is needed
* Helping users get the most out of tools like *Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace*
* Keeping documentation tidy and accurate (future you will thank you)
What we’re looking for
We’re not looking for someone who knows _everything_ — but we *are* looking for someone who wants to learn anything.
* Experience in an IT support role (you’ve done the job, not just studied it)
* Solid understanding of Windows and macOS environments
* Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration
* Strong troubleshooting skills and logical thinking
* Confident, friendly communication — you can explain tech without sounding like a robot
* A proactive mindset: you spot problems, not just tickets
* Someone who enjoys working as part of a team and isn’t afraid to ask questions

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
