Description
We are looking to hire a CRM Executive to join Disturbia to execute our retention marketing strategy and nurture our growing customer base. Your purpose is to help turn first-time customers into loyal advocates of the brand while delivering performance against targets.

Key Responsibilities:
* Own and manage the email marketing calendar to align with the overall trading calendar.
* Develop and maintain automation flows and lifecycle communications via Klayvio.
* Brief, create, and segment email marketing notifications.
* Conduct A/B testing to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
* Manage email marketing calendar in collaboration with E-commerce and design teams.
* Report and analyze customer behavior, cohorts, loyalty, and performance versus business goals.
* Provide regular performance reports to stakeholders.
* Stay updated with industry and platform changes.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:
* Experience in CRM for a D2C fashion eCommerce brand is preferred.
* Proficiency in Klayvio or similar ESP platforms.
* Experience with Google Analytics for reporting and analysis.
* Proactive, results-oriented, and thrives in fast-growth environments.
