Planner - Top 10 Contactor
Planner - a Top 10 contractor is searching for a Planner to join their growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Planner to work on major design and build projects ranging from £5m to £100m.
The initial projects include MOD and MOJ contracts ranging from £20m - £60m under long-term framework agreements.

Requirements:
- Experience working as a Planner / Senior Planner
- Experience working for Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor
- Good working knowledge of ASTA or MS Project
- Experience on projects from £5m+
Key Duties:
- Tender and construction phase planning
- Working on projects from £5m - £100m
- Identifying opportunities & risks
- Using ASTA Power Project
Salary & Package:
- Great basic salary of £65,000 - £70,000 (DOE)
- Company car or allowance (£6,000)
- Performance related bonus
- Pension & Healthcare
To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record as a Planner delivering construction projects for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 building contractor ranging from £5m+
