Your mission We are seeking a highly motivated Field Service Engineer to join our passionate team and work hands-on with cutting-edge SCIENION and CELLENION technologies at the forefront of life Scienion innovation. This is a field-based role with extensive travel across the UK and Ireland, with further opportunities to support projects in other regions – perfect for someone who thrives on variety, challenge and impact. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be a vital link between our customer portfolio and our development team ensuring our advanced systems deliver maximum value while representing the company in a professional and collaborative manner. Key Responsibilities Installation and setup of the SCIENION and CELLENON product range. Perform routine preventative maintenance and on-site customer repairs. Troubleshoot and diagnose complex system issues. Implement system updates and optimise performance for efficiency and reliability. Provide on-site or remote technical assistance. Act as the technical interface between customers and internal teams. Prepare technical quotations and service reports for customers. Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with ISO accreditation. Your profile Bachelors degree in an Engineering discipline (mechanical, electrical, electronic or biomedical preferred) or comparable qualification. 3 years of experience in a related field or in-house service role. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-focused mindset. Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. High degree of flexibility, independence, and willingness to travel up to 60%. Fluent English is required; additional European languages are an advantage.
