Key Account Sales Manager – Activated Carbon Products and Services
Salary up to £60k (Depending on experience) + bonus, car or car allowance + benefits
Location: United Kingdom, Home based
A Key Account Sales Manager is required at Carbon Activated Europe, a member of the Carbon Activated Group of companies, a leading global manufacturer and distributor of activated carbon products and services to diverse industries.
Due to growth in our European operations (Bristol UK, Dortmund Germany, and Gdansk Poland), we are expanding our sales team in the UK. You will have 3-5 years of activated carbon sales management experience in areas like Air Filtration, Biogas, Chemicals, Food & Beverage, Remediation, Water, and Wastewater.
As a Key Account Sales Manager, you will develop major accounts across the UK and Europe, working closely with regional sales teams and distribution networks. You should have a proven track record in sales and marketing of activated carbon products and services, with the ability to grow accounts through personal drive, technical expertise, and collaboration.
Requirements:
* Currently working as a Key Account Sales Manager or similar role, seeking wider responsibilities.
* Experience in sectors like Air Filtration, Biogas, Chemicals, Food & Beverage, Remediation, Water, Wastewater.
* Ability to manage and grow existing accounts, develop new clients, and work with channel partners.
* Willing to travel 25-50% across Europe for customer visits, trade shows, and training.
* Degree in Chemistry or related Science, or equivalent experience supported by business qualifications.
* Strong people management skills, coaching external teams for sales and customer satisfaction.
* Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, data-driven, with good IT and organizational skills.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and influence others.
