We are hiring aTeam Leaderfor our Residential Children's Home inDerby.
Salary:Up to £37,200 per annum
Bonus:Rewards and recognition bonus up to £1000 - T&C's apply
Hours:Full-time, Permanent (40 hours/week)
Shift Pattern: 2on 4 off including evenings, weekends, and on average 5 sleeps per month.
Sleep-in Rate:£65 per sleep-in (included in total salary package)

1. Leading shifts and supervising junior members of staff
2. Undertaking agreed, delegated management responsibilities on an ongoing basis
3. Supporting the young peoples emotional needs
4. Contributing towards maintaining a safe, warm and homely environment
