The Claims Fraud Team
Our team defends Marshmallow against fraudulent activity, protecting the company and ensuring affordable insurance for our customers. We are seeking a Claims Fraud Investigator to help us deliver excellent service and prevent fraud.
Responsibilities
1. Review new fraud referrals and conduct investigations.
2. Monitor developments and direct next steps for cost-efficient resolutions.
3. Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, or products to detect fraud faster.
4. Support and guide junior team members.

Qualifications
* Understanding of Motor Claims Fraud types.
* Experience managing suspected fraud claims from start to finish.
* Confidence in handling dispute letters and final claim decisions.
* Experience with claims involving personal injury, credit hire, and litigation.
* Scottish claims experience is a plus.
