FinTech RS are recruiting on behalf of our client for an Accounts Assistant based in Stonehaven, Aberdeenshire. This is a full time, office based, temporary contract position for circa 12 months for maternity cover, starting ASAP. Main duties include: Daily review of banking systems for payments received Recording any payments received and updating the credit control notes Engage with customers to collect aged and current debt Utilising Protean and Sage 200 for recording and posting invoices Assist wider Finance function with any adhoc tasks as required Suitable candidates should have the following: Available to start immediately, or at short notice (ie within 1-2 weeks) Good all-round experience within a varied Finance/Accounts role, with particular experience with Credit Control duties Ability to work cooperatively within a small, close knit team Ability to demonstrate a high level of accuracy, with a keen attention to detail
