In this role, you'll focus on guiding apprentices rather than being on the tools yourself. You'll visit learners in their workplaces, carry out assessments, review portfolios, and make sure they're on track for their City & Guilds 5357 qualification. The ideal candidate will be an experienced electrician with an NVQ Level 3 qualification and hold (or be eligible to gain) a gold card. Full training and support will be provided to help you step into the assessor role.
