As Quality Assurance Manager, you’ll lead and develop a high-performing QA team across a 24/7 operation. You’ll play a key role in maintaining and improving standards relating to food safety, legality, and quality, ensuring we consistently meet both customer and regulatory expectations.
You’ll be the go‑to expert for all QA matters on site, working closely with cross‑functional teams to embed best practice and champion continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Leading and developing the QA team, building a strong and capable function.
* Ensuring compliance with BRCGS standards and customer requirements.
* Acting as the key contact for food safety, legality and quality across the business.
* Driving resolution of non‑conformances and out‑of‑specification results.
* Supporting and enhancing HACCP systems and auditing processes.
* Managing supplier quality, raw materials, and product release systems.
* Leading site audits, including customer and third‑party interactions.
* Deputising for the Technical Manager when required.
