Customer Service Associate (Bi-Lingual English/German)

What You’ll Do:
* Address customer inquiries through phone, chat, and email, prioritizing a positive and satisfying experience
* Use various software tools to access and review customer accounts, researching policies to provide accurate resolutions
* Manage escalated issues with professionalism, patience, and a customer-first approach
* Work closely with colleagues to maintain consistent, high-quality service across all interactions
Requirements:
* Fluent in both English and German (speaking, reading, writing)
* Minimum 6 months of customer service experience in an office or call center environment
* Proficiency with typing, phone, and computer navigation
* Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays
