What You’ll Do:

Requirements:
* Fluent in both English and German (speaking, reading, writing)
* Minimum 6 months of customer service experience in an office or call center environment
* Proficiency with typing, phone, and computer navigation
* Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays
