Overview
Whilst this is a home based role, we are ideally seeking candidates in the London or Manchester areas due to requirements to attend regular team meetings in these offices.
This is a part time role – 3 days per week/21 hours per week. There is flexibility when those hours are worked, except one of those days must be Wednesdays.
What you will do
This is an overview and not an exhaustive list of responsibilities. Collaborating with your Line Manager, you will develop your own objectives but focus on the following and more:
Reporting & Performance
* Own weekly and monthly trading reports across Everywhen and our Footman James brand.
* Build automated dashboards (Looker Studio / Excel) to replace manual reporting.
* Maintain a central reporting framework for the Digital Marketing & Trading team.
Analytics & Insight
* Analyse GA4 data to spot trends, behavioural shifts, and performance drivers.
* Deliver clear, actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels.
* Support funnel and conversion analysis across multiple websites.
Tracking & Data Quality
* Help maintain accurate tracking in GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
* Keep tags, pixels, and events clean and reliable.
* Contribute to future analytics tool adoption.
Collaboration
* Work closely with digital marketing, analytics, and wider business teams.
* Connect digital performance to commercial outcomes.
* Present findings through dashboards, presentations, and concise summaries.
Qualifications
Essential
* Strong numerical mindset and love of problem‑solving.
* Confident using GA4 (events, funnels, explorations).
* Advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivots, formulas).
* Experience with Looker Studio or similar tools.
* Understanding of digital marketing channels.
* Ability to work quickly, logically, and across multiple brands.
Desirable
* Experience with Google Tag Manager.
* Exposure to call tracking, session recording, or paid media platforms.
* Experience with cross‑domain tracking.
* Degree in marketing, analytics, business, or a numerical field.
