Assistant Technical Officer
Band: 2 – 15 hours per week
Overview
The post holder will provide face‑to‑face and telephone support to patients, carers and families, delivering basic hearing aid assistance and managing appointments through the patient booking system.
Responsibilities
* Deliver direct patient care, including basic hearing aid support.
* Work within defined procedures and pathways, achieving competence through training.
* Use the patient booking system to handle referrals and schedule appointments.
