Job Description:
The role will include working as part of a team to handle incoming OIC injury Claims, liaising with the clients, arranging medical examinations, obtaining evidence from clients, third parties, and police etc. You will be reviewing medical reports and valuing claims as per the applicable Official Injury Claims brackets alongside establishing and collating any financial losses details and supporting evidence. You will also be arranging any recommended rehabilitative treatment.
You will be responsible for the running cases from inception to completion.

Experience in this sector is not essential as training will be provided.
Key responsibilities:
* Running a case load on the Official Injury Claims (OIC) Portal, along with dealing with the clients' rehabilitation, medical assessment, and personal losses.
* Drafting letters to clients and relevant parties
* Liaising with clients to obtain and relay information/updates.
* Liaise with Insurers, other Third Parties and their representatives.
* Ensuring your case load is always managed effectively and efficiently and adhering to the service level agreements (SLA's) in place.
Hours: 37.5 hours a week being Monday- Friday 09:00 – 17:30 with a 60 minute break allowance.
