Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned, commercially focused, eCommerce savvy, Senior eCommerce Analyst to join the Global Digital Commerce Team. You will work across two business areas:
* Consultancy – providing eCommerce best practice process analysis and strategy
* Technical Product Development – translating commercial outcomes into appropriate technical design solutions, supporting a scalable, global design product.
Reporting to the Global Digital Commerce & Self-Serve Lead, this role will collaborate with the Commercial Product Manager, Technical Product Owner, and other stakeholders.
This position is ideal for a BA with strong domain knowledge in eCommerce, multi-segment transactional journeys (B2B, B2C, B2B2C), and experience with enterprise-level commerce cloud platforms, especially in a multi-country environment. Applications from senior BAs experienced in global digital payments products, including KYC and payments systems, are particularly welcome.
This is a remote role, based anywhere in Europe.
Responsibilities:
* Document business and functional requirements, translating stakeholder knowledge into structured user stories, assessing commercial and operational value.
* Facilitate workshops with global stakeholders to gather and validate requirements, ensure alignment.
* Analyse and document current and future business processes to improve operations.
* Collaborate with technical teams to validate acceptance criteria and contribute to planning.
* Define and manage requirements across systems to support seamless customer experiences, translating into technical designs.
* Support business process changes related to customer journeys and operations.
* Participate in the full product lifecycle, including sprint activities, testing, and continuous improvement.
* Ensure standards are met across teams.

Required:
* Extensive eCommerce business analysis/product management experience
* Experience with digital sales in multi-market/multi-consumer environments
* Experience with enterprise digital payments, KYC, and global payments trends
* Agile experience, including sprint planning and backlog management
* Knowledge of platforms like Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, SAP Commerce Cloud; CRM & ERP knowledge is a plus
* Experience in regulated industries like Animal Health or retail
* Proficiency in process mapping and modelling
* Proven stakeholder collaboration skills
* Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous
* Ability to work across time zones
