Job Description
Role: Corporate Governance & Commercial Paralegal
Location: West Yorkshire (Hybrid - 3 days onsite) with occasional travel to London
Salary & Package: Up to £45,000 + Bonus (Up to 15%) & Benefits
About the Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Governance Paralegal to join the in-house legal team of a fast-growing UK infrastructure and clean energy business focused on supporting the decarbonisation of commercial transport.
The business is developing a nationwide network of clean energy hubs across the UK, supporting technologies including EV charging, hydrogen, HVO and bio-CNG infrastructure.

The Role
Corporate governance is the primary focus of this role. The successful candidate must have hands-on experience drafting board minutes and resolutions, managing Companies House filings, maintaining statutory records and reviewing governance and constitutional documents.
Beyond governance, the role also covers commercial contracts, commercial property and legal operations, making this a broad and varied in-house position.
The legal team is small and fast-paced. The successful candidate must be comfortable working independently, advising senior stakeholders directly and operating with minimal supervision from day one.
