The Role
As a Trainee Management Graduate, you’ll be fully immersed in the business from the outset. This is a hands-on role designed to develop your skills quickly, giving you real exposure to operations, client interaction, and leadership development - all with a clear pathway into management.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting core business operations and learning how the company runs
* Building strong relationships with clients and representing the brand
* Assisting with sales and business development activities
* Analysing performance and identifying opportunities for growth
* Developing leadership and management skills through structured training
What We’re Looking For
* A recent graduate (or equivalent) with a strong interest in business and management
* Hard-working, proactive, and eager to learn
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work full-time on-site in Chelmsford
