Tax Manager - Group Tax, Media
I'm currently supporting a leading global film & media organisation in hiring a Tax Manager to oversee group tax compliance, reporting and withholding tax across multiple international entities. The ideal profile will be ACA / ACCA / CTA qualified who has worked in a multinational environment, with strong experience across corporate tax, VAT, tax reporting, transfer pricing exposure, and cross-border compliance. A fantastic opportunity for someone ready to step into a broader global remit and work with senior leadership across 60+ jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage corporate tax compliance, submissions and payments across group entities
* Review UK VAT returns, statutory accounts, disclosures and annual filings
* Oversee preparation of international tax returns, including US filings
* Prepare quarterly tax reporting packs, journals, reconciliations and tax memos
* Review subsidiary statutory accounts & tax computations before submissions
* Support tax audits and investigations, including customs reviews
* Maintain provisions, audit exposure assessments and risk tracking
* Assist with transfer pricing documentation and CbCR-related support
* Research tax technical issues and translate into practical commercial guidance
* Provide technical updates and collaborate closely with Finance and Senior Leadership
What We're Looking For
ACA / ACCA / CTA qualified
Experience within an international tax environment (Group tax preferred)
Strong grounding in direct & indirect tax compliance and reporting
Exposure to transfer pricing, BEPS, CbCR and OECD frameworks
