We are partnering with a major international business to recruit an experienced Senior Paralegal or Legal Executive to join a busy, high‑performing Commercial Legal team.
The role includes:
* Supporting commercial negotiations and supplier/client matters
* Maintaining contracting playbooks and process documents
* Assisting with AI‑enabled legal tools
* General commercial support, research and legal ops tasks
Ideally you will have:
* Strong UK in‑house experience with commercial contracts
* Excellent drafting, communication and organisational skills
* Ability to manage workloads independently and work well under pressure
* Solid understanding of commercial contracting processes
* Proactive team player with strong attention to detail
A legal qualification (LPC/BPTC/SQE1/2) or conversion course is preferred. This role does not lead to a training contract or count as QWE.
