Job Description
Location: Grimsby, Lincolnshire, DN31 3NB
We are seeking a candidate to support operational project planning and governance within our organization. The role involves acting as the point of contact for global functions and project managers for projects in the ECR, managing project documentation, and producing performance dashboards.
The responsibilities include:
1. Managing the annual Statement of Requirements (SoRs) process and the ECR Project Tracker.
2. Maintaining and updating project documentation and folders throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Organizing and facilitating project reviews, workshops, and certification reviews.
4. Overseeing safety documentation and inspections, recording and uploading relevant reports.
5. Managing team inboxes and communication channels for project requests and documentation.
6. Supporting strategic planning initiatives and producing operational dashboards.
7. Maintaining safety packs, organizing departmental events, and managing stakeholder relationships.
8. Ensuring site data accuracy, supporting procurement processes, and assisting with WBS governance and budgeting.
9. Supporting onboarding and recruitment activities, with ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements
* Relevant educational background.
* Proven experience in administrative support and office systems management.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook (intermediate to advanced).
* Ability to prioritize tasks and work proactively.
* Experience working in a large international organization.
