The Primary School is looking to take on a highly experienced Learning Support Assistant who is ready for a challenge. The successful applicant will be working with children that have emotional, learning and behavioural difficulties in the learning support class. This will potentially be in either group or a 1:1 setting. This role will be focused on supporting pupils in developing their learning and confidence daily on a temporary basis and will be a great opportunity to build your skillset and self-confidence.
The successful Learning Support Assistant / LSA will have:
Minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant / TA qualification
Experience working one to one with pupils with Additional Learning Needs / ALN
TEAM teach qualified is a preference but not required
Excellent classroom management
