Your Role in Carbery's Success How You Will Contribute Run Synergy Europe region portfolio level governance working with regional Leadership team to ensure the right projects are identified, initiated, resourced and supported through the project lifecycle. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure ongoing alignment between business goals and project priorities. Provide guidance and support to Project/Program Managers in Europe by offering best practices for project planning, management, and reporting, ensuring consistency in project execution. Implement a portfolio visibility process and ensure this is ingrained in the standard operating procedure for all Europe ensuring a simple process for transparent updates on project status, including milestones achieved, risks, and issues. Lead critical regional projects and focus on priority setting, planning, monitoring, and escalation of mitigation actions. Working with the Global PMO Lead establish regional PMO practice across Europe. Working with the various regional PMO leaders across the organisation establish a model and culture of PMO which is scalable across our business globally and establish yourself as the PMO governor across the region. Representing your region, actively participate in a PMO community of practice across the organisation resulting in continuous improvement across the PMO practice. Key Ingredients for Success: Essential Requirements: 3 years experience in a PMO role, leading change management initiatives. Highly developed interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills with extensive experience collaborating and engaging key stakeholders to influence and achieve optimal business outcomes. Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse technologies and techniques. Financial literacy (budgeting, reporting, interpretation) Desirable Requirements: Experience in a large scale or multinational organisation.
