What does the role involve?
Reporting to the Compliance Manager, you will be leading the Equipment Team, made up of 5 individuals who play an essential part in delivering excellent customer service and keeping vehicles safe and operating. You will be responsible for the management of compliance for our vehicles. There will be a requirement to work from our Trowbridge office a minimum of 2 days a week.
Some of your key duties will include:
* Managing and booking events for the equipment and asset accessories
* Collaborating with neighbouring team leaders to ensure processes are running smoothly
* Creating schedules in line with the regulations and ensuring current suppliers meet these
* Ensuring the team is meeting targets whilst supporting their personal development
What are we looking for?
You come with excellent stakeholder management skills and love to work in a highly collaborative environment. You are a teamplayer and passionate about driving change and improving processes to ensure the best outcome. You're an excellent timekeeper with impeccable organisation skills who cares about the development of your team and supporting their growth.
Also, we're looking for the following:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel
* Strong communication skills, verbal and written
* Leadership and people management skills
* Knowledge of process analysis
