Key Requirements
* Must live locally in Banstead or surrounding areas
* Full UK or EU/EEA driving licence and access to a vehicle
* Genuine passion for helping others and a positive, reliable attitude
* Experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, or Health Care Assistant (or no experience – we provide training and encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply)

Pay and Benefits
Competitive Pay: Earn £13.80 – £15.20 per hour (plus double on bank holidays!) plus paid training, free MOT, and mileage reimbursement.
