Job Title: Physiotherapist – Neuro Team
Location: Stagenhoe, Hitchin, United Kingdom
Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our Neuro Team at Stagenhoe, a specialist neurological care centre in Hertfordshire. In this role, you will work closely with colleagues to improve the independence, health, and wellbeing of individuals with neurological conditions. Key Responsibilities
* Assess the needs of service users, focusing on maximising independence and physical functionality
* Develop and implement person‑centred physiotherapy plans, involving families and carers
* Collaborate with other health and social care professionals to provide a seamless care experience
* Prescribe, provide, and maintain appropriate equipment within available resources
* Maintain accurate written and electronic records in line with professional and organisational standardsProvide clinical leadership and supervision, sharing knowledge through teaching opportunities
* Support safe and efficient service delivery, safeguarding confidentiality and contributing to service improvements
Requirements
* Diploma or BSc in Physiotherapy
* Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) registration
* Membership of a professional body, e.g., CSP
* Evidence of Continuing Professional Development
* Strong knowledge of physiotherapy assessments and interventions
* Ability to work independently and prioritise effectively
* Confidence in assessing and managing physical performance risks
