What you’ll be doing:
* Taking full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home.
* Ensuring compliance with OFSTED regulations, Children’s Homes Regulations, and Quality Standards.
* Creating a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment where young people can thrive.
* Leading, mentoring, and supporting your team to deliver outstanding care.
* Working closely with external professionals, families, and stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes.
* Driving continuous improvement to secure and maintain a rating of _Good_ or _Outstanding_.
What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience as a Registered Manager in a children’s residential setting (or Deputy ready to step up).
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards).
* Strong knowledge of OFSTED requirements and safeguarding legislation.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* A resilient, compassionate, and child-focused approach.
