McCarthy Stone is looking for a professional Relief Care and Support Assistant to join their team at Harvard Place estate in Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire.
Base Salary: £11.96 per hour up to £13.26 (see below*)
Hours: To be agreed with the manager. (Day, evening, and weekend shifts available, all year round)

About the role:
As a Relief Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality individual care to residents, supporting their wellbeing. Your duties include housekeeping, domestic support, encouraging participation in activities, assisting with appointments, arranging transport, escorting visits, and shopping support. Every day offers variety and the chance to make a real difference using your people skills.
About you:
* You will live within an easily commutable distance to the estate.
* You are warm, friendly, with some experience in care or support roles.
* You are passionate about improving the wellbeing of older people and enjoy teamwork.
* You are committed to delivering excellent customer service.
* You aim to work in Health and Social Care, preferably with a QCF Level 2 qualification, or relevant experience and alternative qualifications considered.
