This role is part of the AI Business Solutions group, working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment to transform Chubb's global operations and deliver business impact across the value chain.
The AI Korean Localization Analyst will ensure AI systems are adapted and optimized for the Korean market to facilitate successful implementation and adoption in Korea.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement strategies for localizing AI systems into Korean, ensuring cultural, linguistic, and regional relevance.
2. Assist in translating content across various formats, including digital, print, audio, and video media, from Korean to English.
3. Test AI systems during development to ensure robustness, accuracy, relevance, and cultural appropriateness for Korean language.
4. Identify gaps or errors in the Korean language model and collaborate with developers to improve accuracy.
5. Work with developers and testers to optimize Korean language data and training datasets.
6. Build and maintain terminology databases and glossaries for Korean AI systems.
7. Provide feedback for improvements in Korean language data and training datasets.
Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Linguistics, Language Studies, or related field.
* Proven experience in software localization and internationalization, preferably with AI systems.
* Strong analytical skills and experience working with large data sets.
* Excellent communication skills in Korean and English, with ability to collaborate across teams and with local stakeholders.
* Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
* Deep understanding of Korean language, culture, and market context.
* Fluency in Korean and English is required.
