Our client, a London-based scaleup, is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to join their dynamic team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the product strategy and driving data-driven decision making within a fast-growing organisation that is redefining how businesses make a meaningful social impact.
Position Overview
As the Senior Product Analyst, you will act as the right-hand person to the VP of Product, ensuring an intuitive understanding of product performance and driving data-driven decision making. Your insights and analysis will play a crucial role in shaping the product roadmap and contributing to the overall product strategy.
Responsibilities
* Dig into unstructured data to uncover insights about the customer base and develop a deep understanding of customer behaviour and needs
* Size and scope AB/multivariate tests and experiments based on customer insights
* Analyse test outcomes to iterate and contribute to the product strategy
* Collaborate with data/analytics engineering to ensure appropriate data modelling and build reporting to showcase the impact of product initiatives
* Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams and stakeholders
We're keen to speak to you if you have:
* 4+ years of product analytics experience at a high-growth company
* Demonstrable experience impacting a product roadmap through actionable insights
* Strong ability to break down high-level problems into constituent parts and delve deep into overlooked issues
* Fluency in SQL and the ability to query and transform large volumes of data (billions of rows) using tools like Snowflake
* Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker and the ability to create highly accessible, digestible visualizations and dashboards
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey insights to non-data colleagues
* Working knowledge of ELT/data modelling tools like dbt (bonus)
