Full‑time, Monday–Friday 8:30 am to 6:00 pm. Pay £13.50–£16.50 per hour (DOE) in a modern dental practice in Poynton. We specialise in endodontics, periodontics, and implants and are expanding.

Our clinical team includes a dentist with special interests in endodontics, periodontics, and implants, and we are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care in a welcoming, supportive environment.
The Role
As a Dental Nurse you’ll work closely alongside our special interest clinician (hands‑on training provided) and support the wider team.
Your responsibilities will include
* Chairside support during specialist procedures (endo, perio, implants)
* Overseeing and maintaining compliance logs (CQC, HTM 01‑05, audits)
* Stock control and ordering
* Creating and refining clinical systems and workflows
* Supporting, mentoring, and inspiring junior nursing staff
* Playing a hands‑on role in developing a practice known for quality and patient care
Working Hours & Pay
Monday to Friday – 8:30 am to 6:00 pm. Weekend work only for private implant, smile makeover, or cosmetic dentistry cases (pre‑booked, special interest appointments – no general routine weekend clinics). £13.50–£16.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
What We’re Looking For
* GDC‑registered dental nurse
* Experience in specialist procedures (or willingness to learn)
* Organised, proactive, and confident leader of a team
* Excellent understanding of compliance and infection control
* A positive, solutions‑focused attitude and strong communication skills
* Prior leadership experience is a bonus, but not essential
