About you: CIPD qualified with a strong HR generalist background, ideally within manufacturing, construction, or similar operational sectors Proven experience managing employee relations cases and supporting multi-site or remote teams Deep understanding of Irish employment law (UK law a plus) Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and adapt to changing priorities Willingness to travel regularly to various sites across Ireland What you'll do: Act as the primary HR contact for designated operational sites, fostering strong relationships with management teams Deliver site-specific HR plans aligned with organisational objectives and HR strategy Manage employee relations cases comprehensively, ensuring compliance and fair resolution Support organisational change initiatives, restructures, and workforce planning activities Provide insightful HR reporting and utilise HRIS (BambooHR) to support decision-making Drive engagement initiatives, champion a positive workplace culture, and support reward programmes Coach managers to enhance people management capabilities and promote best practices For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact the VANRATH office for a confidential chat today.
