We are seeking two experienced and motivated Band 3 CECS Administrators to join the team based at CECS Lissue, Lisburn. The successful candidates will provide high-quality administrative support within a busy healthcare environment, ensuring the smooth operation of patient administration, order processing, and customer service functions. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CECS team. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on patient administration and order processing systems. Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries via telephone, email, and in person. Assist with the processing of orders, requisitions, and logistics-related documentation. Support the coordination of appointments, patient correspondence, and related administrative tasks. Maintain confidentiality and data protection standards at all times. Produce reports, letters, and documents using Microsoft Office applications. Collaborate effectively with colleagues and other departments to ensure efficient service delivery. Essential Criteria Experience: Minimum of 12 months relevant experience in a customer service, purchasing, or logistics environment with regular use of patient administration and order processing computer systems. Qualifications: Five GCSEs (including English Language and Maths, Grades A*C) OR equivalent qualifications demonstrating literacy and numeracy. Higher qualifications will also be accepted. IT Skills: At least one years experience using Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, and Outlook or equivalent). Desirable Criteria Previous experience working within a healthcare or clinical environment. Knowledge of data protection and patient confidentiality requirements.
