We are seeking an experienced Trade Parts Manager to join our client’s team in West London. This vital role focuses on managing the B2B sales operations of the Toyota and Lexus parts departments, primarily serving external trade customers such as independent garages, body shops, and fleet operators. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive parts management and a proven track record of leading sales teams to achieve targets.

Duties for this Trade Parts Manager role will include:
15. Develop and implement strategies to grow trade sales and meet profitability targets
16. Manage a dedicated portfolio of trade accounts including garages, body shops, and fleet operators
17. Lead, train, and motivate parts staff, including Parts Advisors and delivery drivers
18. Establish pricing structures that optimise margins while maintaining competitive volume sales
19. Handle complex technical customer inquiries with a customer-focused approach
20. Resolve supply chain issues promptly to ensure high customer retention
21. Maintain strong relationships with manufacturer trade representatives and participate in campaigns
22. Monitor key performance indicators such as gross margin, average order value, customer loyalty, and delivery timeliness
Candidate skills required for this Trade Parts Manager role:
23. 3 to 5 years of experience in automotive parts operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
24. Proficiency in Keyloop (CDK), electronic parts catalogues (EPCs), and related systems
25. Excellent negotiation and strategic planning skills
26. Ability to perform under pressure within fast-paced environments
27. Valid driver's license for customer visits and logistics management
28. Strong leadership skills and a customer-service focus
