Paid Media Manager (Maternity Cover) at THG Beauty, LOOKFANTASTIC.
Role within the Commercial Marketing structure. You will work closely with brand marketing leads, buying, trading, core performance channels and design to execute brand-funded media and influencer campaigns. This role provides exposure to performance marketing, influencer marketing, retail and eCommerce, and external brand marketing planning. The Digital Activation team acts as THG ambassadors and media experts.
Responsibilities
* Operate brand-facing relationships with LOOKFANTASTIC’s key brand partners to co-develop data-driven digital plans that drive brand growth
* Develop and pitch multi-platform digital plans with the Partnership Marketing lead to deliver 360 on- and offsite activations
* Deliver mid- and post-campaign reporting to demonstrate uplifts and ROI of investments
* Collaborate with the influencer team to commission assets for media and channel repurposing
* Train delivery and manage workload across direct report(s)
* Secure incremental digital investment with new brand partners through effective pitching and communication
* Suggest optimisations for campaigns to meet agreed ROI targets
* Work with the in-house design team to deliver high-quality assets for brand partners
* Coordinate with wider marketing teams to ensure impactful delivery of digital plans
* Report performance against targets and inform strategy for the function’s growth
* Manage budgets by reviewing partner budgets and planning to maximise results
* Commit to continuous learning across key media platforms to deliver innovative media strategy
Qualifications & Skills
* 5+ years of paid media / digital marketing experience with hands-on media expertise
* Self-starter and self-motivated with a strong presence as a brand ambassador
* Competent in Facebook Business Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
* Interest in beauty/retail with a performance mindset
* Digitally literate with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Excel and reporting proficiency; excellent communicator with clear, detailed insights
* Critical thinker with problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Effective presentation and written communication skills
* Proven ability to meet targets and end-to-end sales skills (prospecting, pipeline management, closing, negotiation)
