Purpose of Role
We are seeking a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to support the team and deliver a consistently high standard of cleaning and hygiene services to our clients. This is a key role within a professional facilities team, providing a proactive, high-quality, customer-focused service.
Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK and able to provide the required documentation. Good physical capability is essential for this role, and a clean driving licence is required.
The role is primarily undertaken 5:00am–9:00am and 5:00pm–9:00pm, with flexibility required to meet business needs. A company van will be provided for work use.
Job Description
In this role, you will support the management team by ensuring all tasks are completed as instructed, on time, and to the required standard.
You will work under the direction of the Assistant Cleaning Manager. There may also be the opportunity to provide cleaning support at the South Park Bluelight Facility on weekends, as required.
Responsibilities
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety by carrying out essential cleaning duties, including but not limited to:
1. Managing a team of Cleaning Operatives to ensure a consistently high standard of service
2. Organising cover for holidays and absences
3. Ordering, monitoring, and replenishing cleaning stock
4. Delivering training sessions and toolbox talks
5. Completing audits in collaboration with the client team
Operational Support:
Supporting the cleaning team as required with the following tasks:
6. Damp wiping and dusting
7. Vacuuming and mopping
8. Carpet cleaning
9. Window cleaning
10. Waste removal
11. Litter picking
12. Washroom cleaning
13. Ensuring all equipment is clean, well maintained, and in good working order
Essential Qualifications/Skills
14. Previous cleaning supervisory experience.
15. BICSc trained preferably.
