Support Care Administrator, Belfast, £13 per hour, immediate start Your new company A charitable organisation based in Belfast is recruiting for a temporary Supporter Care Administrator. Your new role This role will involve processing donations from several areas, duties include Inputting data as directed into the Raiser’s Edge Database Output an Excel spreadsheet to create a data file for mail merges. Using mail-merge produce, print letters and pack for mailing out.
Make up bank lodgements and complete associated paperwork as directed. What you'll need to succeed Working experience using a database – proficient and experienced in data entry and have the ability to pick up a new database quickly. Strong numeracy skills with excellent attention to detail (post holder will be required to make up bank lodgements).
Extensive working experience with all Microsoft packages particularly excel and Word Experience of using Microsoft Word to create mail merges.
