Join Us as a Product Release Manager – Keep Our Global Teams Aligned & Ready for Launch
Are you highly organised, proactive, and great at keeping people on the same page? We’re looking for a Product Release Manager to join our PMO team and play a key role in making sure our product releases land smoothly across the business.
In this role, you’ll be the central connector between teams – ensuring everyone knows what’s coming, when to expect it, and that they’re fully prepared to act. You won’t be doing the work for other departments; instead, you’ll bring structure, clarity, and confidence to our release process carrying out the GTM release activities for R&D and supporting the sales & marketing teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Keep everyone informed – Share clear, timely communications about upcoming releases
2. Own the release timeline – Maintain accurate schedules and track key milestones
3. Check readiness – Monitor and report on how prepared each department is ahead of launch
4. Connect people – Coordinate with department leads across the UK and ZA offices
5. Drive alignment – Ensure Sales, Support, Services, Marketing, Legal, and Pricing teams are all release-ready
6. GTM coordination – Partner with Marketing, Sales, Support and Product to ensure all go-to-market activities (messaging, positioning, enablement, training) are sequenced and aligned with release dates
7. Escalate blockers – Highlight risks or delays to the VP of Technology & Product early
8. Improve as you go – Run debriefs after releases to capture lessons learned and refine the process
What You Won’t Be Doing
To keep things clear: this isn’t a content, technical, or marketing delivery role. You won’t be writing copy, building campaigns, managing infrastructure, or making product decisions. Your superpower is coordination, not execution.
What We’re Looking For
9. 3–5 years of experience in, release readiness, go-to-market project management, or cross-functional product coordinationor similar roles (ideally in software/tech)
10. A structured, methodical approach to organisation and planning
11. Confidence working with multiple departments and time zones
12. Excellent communicator with great attention to detail
13. Familiar with project and collaboration tools
14. Comfortable working across global teams and cultures
