About the Role: London Care Support is seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Services Manager to oversee client onboarding, manage care reviews, and ensure exceptional service delivery across our domiciliary and community-based care services. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, sector knowledge, and a passion for delivering high-quality care. Key Responsibilities: Lead the full client journey from initial enquiry to assessment, onboarding, and ongoing reviews. Conduct client assessments and develop personalised care plans. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families and referral partners. Ensure all services adhere to CQC requirements, care plans, and quality standards. Support care coordination teams with rota planning and service oversight. Manage client feedback, concerns and service improvements. Promote services and support business growth through strong client engagement. Requirements: Academic Requirements: Minimum Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (or equivalent). Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it) is highly desirable. Additional training in safeguarding, moving & handling, or care management is an advantage. Experience & Skills: Previous experience in a client services, care coordination, or care management role within the homecare or healthcare sector. Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and best practice in domiciliary care. Excellent communication, organisation and relationship-building skills. Confident in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Driving licence desirable but not essential. What We Offer: Salary: £28,000-£45,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
