The Opportunity This is a standout opportunity to specialise within a dedicated Trusts team, dealing exclusively with high-quality Trusts and Private Client work. You’ll work alongside senior specialists, handling complex trust matters for a varied client base and benefiting from genuine career progression, flexible working and a supportive culture that values technical excellence. Key Responsibilities Managing a varied caseload of Trusts matters, with administrative and paralegal support. Advising clients, trustees and beneficiaries on all aspects of Trust creation, administration and termination. Drafting and reviewing Trust documents, accounts and tax returns. Providing tax planning and compliance advice, including HMRC Trust Registration Service (TRS) obligations. Liaising with accountants, financial advisers and other professional intermediaries. About You We’re keen to hear from: Qualified Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives, or unqualified, but experienced Trusts Advisors. Professionals with 1 years’ experience in Trusts or Private Client work and a genuine interest in specialising in this area. Individuals with a solid grasp of UK Trust law, excellent attention to detail and strong client communication skills.
