Key Account Manager – Manufacturing & Transportation (M&T)
Location: London - Hybrid/Remote options (with travel to France)

Salary: £150,000 + Bonus (20-40%)
Annapurna Recruitment is proud to partner with a global digital transformation leader backed by KKR, to hire an experienced Key Account Manager to drive growth across high-value Manufacturing and Transportation clients. This role offers the opportunity to lead strategic expansion within a $20M+ portfolio and shape some of the firm’s top-performing accounts.
What You’ll Do
* Own and grow strategic accounts, targeting $7M+ in new bookings and revenue
* Expand influence within existing client organizations by identifying new stakeholders, divisions, and service lines
* Lead end-to-end opportunity cycles—from prospecting through to proposal and closing
* Work closely with product engineering and consulting teams to co-develop tailored solutions aligned with client challenges
* Collaborate across pre-sales, delivery, and partner alliances (e.g. AWS, Confluent, Salesforce) to ensure high-value engagements
* Represent client priorities internally and ensure exceptional delivery and satisfaction
* Travel monthly to France to build and maintain client relationships in region
What You’ll Bring
* 10+ years in IT services sales/account management with a proven track record of upselling into named accounts
* Experience managing multi-million-dollar accounts ($6M+ growth per year), ideally in product engineering or digital transformation
* Strong commercial and proposal-building capabilities (including ownership of $1M+ SOWs)
* Expert-level French fluency (written and spoken)
* Familiarity with Manufacturing & Transportation industry-specific challenges and solution offerings
* Experience selling into C-suite stakeholders in large-scale organisations
* Comfortable working within a global delivery model across cross-functional teams
