Wedo need you to have a few skills to get started in this role.Firstly,you’llneed a BSc(HONS) in Ophthalmic Dispensing and an excellent understanding on both the optics and audiology customer journeys. You must have excellent listening and communication skills, be passionate about providing top-notch customer service, and bea great teamworker.
