Job Description
This role is based in the USA and Australia, offering a salary range of $230,000 to $770,000 (dependent on experience). It is a full-time or part-time position with flexible arrangements, within a private consulting, matchmaking, and dating membership club catering to ultra and high-net-worth individuals with jet-set lifestyles.
The primary focus is on sales and business development, targeting experienced high performers, natural connectors, and elite professionals to help them succeed in a lucrative niche market.
Key Responsibilities
1. Close sales with ultra and high-net-worth individuals seeking membership.
2. Assist clients in selecting suitable membership options based on their preferences.
3. Provide ongoing support throughout the membership journey.
4. Pre-screen applicants and nurture leads to grow the client base.
5. Maintain communication to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
6. Develop strategies for client acquisition and market expansion.
7. Follow up on sales to ensure retention and satisfaction.
Requirements
* Understanding of relationship nurturing and closing skills.
* Strong desire to help clients find life partners and earn high commissions.
* Experience in luxury sales, financial sales, or related fields preferred.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Empathy, active listening, and understanding client needs.
* Emotional stability, patience, and problem-solving skills.
