International Sales Manager North West / Hybrid £45,000-£55,000 Bonus Package Cast UK are working with a growing consumer products supplier to recruit an International Sales Manager who will support the European Sales Director in driving expansion across key European markets. This business supplies high-volume, design-led consumer products to major retailers and distributors globally. With increasing demand across Europe, they're now looking for someone commercially sharp and highly organised who can support day-to-day international sales activity while helping unlock new opportunities. Key Responsibilities Support the European Sales Director with customer management and business development activity. Assist in identifying and approaching new retail and distribution partners across Europe. Handle commercial admin including pricing, proposals, customer data and sales reporting. Coordinate meetings, product presentations and follow-up actions with key accounts. Work with Product, Marketing and Supply Chain to deliver accurate information to customers. Maintain forecasts, monitor sales performance and track market trends. Represent the business at trade shows and customer visits when required. Experience Required Background in consumer products, gifting, homeware, toys, stationery or similar categories. Experience supporting B2B sales into retailers or distributors (UK or Europe). Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks. Confident communicator with commercial awareness and good Excel ability. Additional European language skills.
