Sales Manager - Fast Growth Brand - £60-70k & Bonus Peterborough | Full-Time | Circa £60 - £70k package FMCG Jobs is excited to be working exclusively with a fast-growing wholesale business based in Peterborough, a supplier of choice to restaurants, QSR brands, and convenience retailers across the region. As they continue to expand, they’re looking for a hands-on Sales Manager to take ownership of sales, marketing, and purchasing, driving performance, improving margin, and helping shape the future of the business. This is a newly created and critical role, reporting directly into the MD and Head of Operations. It offers a genuine opportunity to make a big impact from day one. What you’ll be doing: * Leading and delivering the overall commercial strategy * Managing and motivating a small sales team to hit (and exceed!) targets * Getting under the skin of performance data and using insights to guide decisions * Overseeing supplier relationships and negotiating the best possible terms * Making sure marketing, sales and purchasing are working in sync * Leading short, focused daily sales huddles (3–4 per week) to keep the team energised and on track * Being a key contact for customers and building long-term relationships, especially in QSR and retail What they’re looking for: You’ll likely have a background in wholesale, FMCG, foodservice or QSR, and be comfortable working across both sales and purchasing. You’ll understand how to balance commercial thinking with a hands-on, sleeves-rolled-up approach.
